The College of Public Health’s Office of Research Administration provides assistance to principal investigators and project staff during the following phases of sponsored research:

1. Proposal development and submission
2. Award negotiation
3. Award receipt and account set-up
4. Sponsor approvals, e.g., budget revisions, requests for carryover of unobligated funds, requests for extensions (cost and no cost), change of principal investigator.
5. Subaward development/modification
6. Financial management and compliance
7. Effort reporting
8. Cost share tracking
9. Program income
10. Annual and project closeout

The Office of Research Administration serves as the College liaison with the USF Division of Sponsored Research and Research Financial Management.
