The Florida Public Health Review offers an electronic on-line journal of practice and scholarship of interest and relevance to Florida's public health practitioner and academic communities. The opinions expressed by authors of articles and letters published in the Florida Public Health Review are not necessarily those of the Florida Public Health Association or the University of South Florida College of Public Health.
